• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package for visible damage. If the package appears damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing.

4.3 International Orders

For international orders (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Package the item securely with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
4. Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box
5. Ship the return to the address provided in your instructions

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• Incorrect item shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
