Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Timeframe

You may return most items for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Blenders & Juicers
  • Juice Extractors
  • Food Processors
  • Coffee Grinders
  • Kitchen Gadgets (if opened)

These items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your item.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit and include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement product once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Defective or damaged product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
